Start your day with a 5-minute mind dump: grab a notebook and spill everything—doodles, to-dos, that weird dream about flying cats. No editing, just release. I did this yesterday and found a poem hiding in the chaos. It’s like clearing the fog—your muse gets room to breathe. Try it tomorrow morning and watch the shift.

Sensory Reset
When you’re stuck, your senses might be, too—same screen, same chair, same coffee. Take 3 minutes to wake them up: sip something warm, smell a flower, or rub a textured stone. Science says sensory shifts spark neural connections—creativity’s fuel. Last week, I held a seashell from my desk stash, and a story idea washed in. It’s quick, free, and it pulls you out of the rut—give it a go today.

Micro Movement
